Class Description
Spicy : Energizing classes to keep you strong for intermediate to advanced practicioners.
Balanced : Moving one breath at a time to find balance for all levels.
Relax : Slow paced class focused on deep relaxation for all levels.
Classes are open to all levels and options are offered so that every participant can experience their own practice fully and safely. Total beginners are advised to start with Balanced or Relaxed Classes as the Spicy Classes are faster paced and can be more challenging to follow as a novice yogi.
VINYASA
A fluid practice that focuses on connecting the movements to the breath. In this practice, the breath is guiding the movements, the mind is focused and the body is moving intuitively. Promotes both strength and flexibility
HATHA
A beginner-friendly practice that introduces the yoga postures step-by-step and allows time to breathe and inhabit every posture
YIN
Great to increase flexibility, this is a gently practice focusing on the relaxation of the body and mind
YANGYIN
Half Vinyasa, Half Yin for a complete and balanced practice
ASHTANGA
Traditional Indian Practice linking breath and movement into a set sequence. This practice heats and cleanses the body, helps the mind to focus and encourages a meditative state.
POWER FLOW
Spicy Vinyasa Flow including arm balances, inversions, and powerful breathing exercises.
