On February 9th, Yoga Shak migrated from MindBody to Wellness Living, an improved platform allowing us to offer a wider variety of services and classes! If you already had an account with us prior to our migration, you would have received an email on February 9th allowing you to transfer your MindBody account to Wellness. All your profil and memberships will automatically be transferred onto your new profil. If you did not receive this email or if you need assistance, please contact our team via info@yogashakmontreal.com

This is a general idea of our monthly schedule for english online classes, please double check on the schedule below and make sure you sign up in advance to save your spot!

Online Classes

You have to sign up in advanced in order to receive the link to your class.

Once you sign up, you will receive 2 emails. A first email will be sent 15 minutes before the class giving you the ZOOM link for the LIVE. A second email will be sent 15 minutes after the class, giving you the link to access the REPLAY available for 7 days. All links are sent directly to your email.

If you forgot to sign up in advance, kindly send us an email and we will sign you up for the Replay as soon as possible.

Class Description

BALANCED FLOW (ÉQUILIBRÉ)  : A medium pace flow, easy to follow. Variations and options are offered so that everyone can benefit from this flow whether you are a beginner or more advanced student. This class focuses on breath, movement and alignment.
Level : Beginner to Intermediate 

SLOW FLOW : A slow pace flow focusing on relaxation through gentle mouvement. Offering poses and breathing exercices that enhanced a state of general wellbeing and help to release mental and physical  stress.
Level : All

YIN : A class that allows you to explore the static variation of poses to increase the mobility to your joints. Less movement, more time to breathe into every poses to allow the body to open up and the stretch to reach the depth of the connective tissues. Simultaneously, the slow breathing induce a meditative state of mind for optimal relaxation. This class is for everyone whether you are flexible or not.

FREE CLASSES

20 MIN BREATHE & MEDITATE : Led by Chitta, a Yoga & Freediving instructor, this class explores different breathing and meditation techniques.
Level : All

20 MIN YOGA BREAK : Because some of us do not have much time to move and breathe, this class is your opportunity to fit in a dose of wellbeing in your busy schedule. We invite you to take a break from work, switch off your brain for a few minutes and reconnect to your body. You will be surprise how only 20 minutes a day can boost your energy.

Vous pouvez annuler votre inscription aux cours réguliers en ligne, via MindBody jusqu’à 1h avant le début du cours, sans frais. Les annulations à moins de 1h avant le début des cours ne sont pas possible, le cours vous sera automatiquement facturé. Pour les abonnements, cartes de cours et inscriptions aux ateliers ; aucun remboursement ou transfert n’est possible.
