CLASS DESCRIPTION

FLOW

POWER FLOW: A vinyasa practice in which poses follow one another more quickly in symbiosis with breathing. A perfect combination of flexibility, strength and endurance.
Level: Intermediate

FLOW 1: A gradual flow with several variations to accommodate everyone, from beginners to more advanced. We focus on breathing and body alignment.
Level: All levels

FLOW 2: A faster flow and the opportunity to learn and deepen the practice of more advanced postures.
Level: Intermediate-advanced

MOBILITY: A gradual flow focused on mobility and joint strength. We focus on breathing and movement.
Level: All levels

GENTLE: A Flow with a slower rhythm, which focuses on relaxation and rest. These targeted postures and breathing exercises will release stress and create a physical and mental well-being effect.
Level: All levels

MULTI-BARRE

Multi-barre is a challenging class that works on muscle strength, tone, posture, balance and coordination. It is a quilt of low-impact exercises with small movements that target specific muscles using yoga accessories and mats. Results and fun are guaranteed.

YIN

Focusing on mental and physical relaxation. Mellow vibes to help to induce a meditative state. Yin Yoga is great to increase the flexibility of the body. Whether you are naturally flexible or not, you will be able to work gently with you own limits. A regular practice of yin yoga will allow a fast increase in the flexibility and range of motion of your body.

RESTAURATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga is a contemplative practice that uses props like blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets to fully support the body, allowing for the release of tension in the mind and body. It is a slow-paced practice that passively releases deep tensions, without active stretching.

THERAPEUTIC

Inspired by Hatha Yoga, those sessions will increase your understanding of the effect of each yoga poses on the human body and the nervous system. Therapeutic Classes focus on finding the right alignment of the body in every yoga poses.

PRIVATE CLASSES

To develop your practice at your own rhythm. Understand and develop a better understanding Tailor made to your needs and schedule. You can choose to take a private class (1 person) or a semi-private (up to 12 people)

CORPORATE CLASSES

Yoga and Meditation classes tailor made to the needs of your company. Our corporate yoga classes are very beneficial for any company as they increase employees motivation and energy level. Simultaneously, yoga classes at work decrease the level of stress. Contact our team to know more about our most popular corporate programs.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking to our classes, online directly on Wellness at least 1 hour prior to class. If you do not cancel in time, the class will be charged.
No refunds on memberships.
