CLASS DESCRIPTION

FLOW

SPICY (ÉPICÉS) : A fast pace Flow with the possibility of learning advanced poses.
Level : Intermediate / Advanced

BALANCED (ÉQUILIBRÉ) : A gradual flow, easy to follow with many variations to accomodate every body. Focusing on the breath and the alignment of the body.
Level : All

GENTLE (DOUCEUR) : A slow pace flow focusing on relaxation. Yoga poses and breathing exercices to release stress and create a state of mental and physical wellneing. Level : All

YIN

Focusing on mental and physical relaxation. Mellow vibes to help to induce a meditative state. Yin Yoga is great to increase the flexibility of the body. Whether you are naturally flexible or not, you will be able to work gently with you own limits. A regular practice of yin yoga will allow a fast increase in the flexibility and range of motion of your body.

ASHTANGA

Ashtanga is a traditional dynamic style of yoga repeting a set sequence of yoga asanas. By connecting the breath to the movement, ashtanga creates a meditative state. It is a powerful traditional pratice originally from India and known to purify the body, mind and soul. A regular practice will increase the physical and mental strenght.

THERAPEUTIC

Inspired by Hatha Yoga, those sessions will increase your understanding of the effect of each yoga poses on the human body and the nervous system. Therapeutic Classes focus on finding the right alignment of the body in every yoga poses.

BREATHE AND MEDITATE

Mini Class (between 20-30 minutes) exploring different breathing and meditation techniques. 
Level : All

PRIVATE CLASSES

To develop your practice at your own rhythm. Understand and develop a better understanding Tailor made to your needs and schedule. You can choose to take a private class (1 person) or a semi-private (up to 12 people)

CORPORATE CLASSES

Yoga and Meditation classes tailor made to the needs of your company. Our corporate yoga classes are very beneficial for any company as they increase employees motivation and energy level. Simultaneously, yoga classes at work decrease the level of stress. Contact our team to know more about our most popular corporate programs.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking to our classes, online directly on Wellness at least 1 hour prior to class for online classes and 3h prior for Park classes. If you do not cancel in time, the class will be charged.
No refunds on memberships.
