Bring your mat, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing. Don’t have a mat? No worries – we rent them on-site for $3.

No matter where you’re starting from, Yoga Shak is an authentic, non-judgmental, and inclusive space, open to all levels of practice.
Late Arrival
Please note that classes start on time, and the door will be closed once the class begins. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that we open only 15 minutes before class. Arriving earlier may mean waiting outside if another class is still in session.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking to our classes, online directly on Wellness at least 1 hour prior to class. If you do not cancel in time, the class will be charged. No refunds on memberships.
